Hi, I'm Casey Keen! MS in Forensic Medicine, BS in Psychology, and author of The Alchemy of Motherhood (Cynren Press, 2026). After experiencing birth trauma, postpartum preeclampsia, and postpartum depression and anxiety firsthand, I built this work around one goal: making sure no mother walks into postpartum as unprepared as I was.
